In 2026, the domestic white latex market will show the development characteristics of "environmental protection leading and demand differentiation", with an annual output of 1.46 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 5.8%. Among them, low VOC products that meet the GB/T 33372-2020 standard account for more than 75%, an increase of 7 percentage points from 2024. In terms of product upgrades, the breakthrough of formaldehyde free crosslinking agent technology has solved the pain point of traditional white latex that is difficult to balance environmental protection and strength. In terms of demand structure, customized home furnishings and prefabricated buildings have become the core growth points. The former requires continuous improvement in the opening time and thermal stability of white latex, promoting the transformation of enterprises towards the integration of "materials+process services"; The latter drives the demand for specialized white latex for prefabricated components to maintain an average annual growth rate of over 20%, and the market size will exceed 1.5 billion yuan by 2026. On the cost side, the pilot production of bio based vinyl acetate monomer (VAM) has reduced raw material costs by 12%, alleviating the pressure caused by fluctuations in petroleum based raw material prices. The industry concentration has further increased, with the market share of enterprises with annual sales exceeding 1 billion yuan reaching 41%, and small and medium-sized enterprises focusing on segmented scenarios to achieve differentiated development.
